Well above average pizza! This place is kind of out in the middle of nowhere just past Fort Drum military installation. Is super convenient to get to very quick service! I've eaten here for lunch it's lunch about 4 times in the last 3 weeks and have not been disappointed. Their pizza prices are absolutely fantastic a drink and 2 huge slices of pizza come to $7.83. There are about 6 booth style seats inside is inside and a few bistro tables outside. The table next to me had Buffalo wings which looked fantastic, so that's my next sampling on the next trip.

It's hard to stop in Carthage for a family get together over the holidays without stopping by Stefano's for some pizza. I've never had a bad slice here and it's easy to see why it's a local favorite. The pizza is great of course, but the other Italian choices are great too. We usually get the wings (both bone in and boneless) and have never had an undercooked wing. Bring in the family or just go yourself.. But definitely give this place a shot!

It’s criminal that this location only has 4 stars. We as two families, totaling 8, stopped by Friday March 14 for dinner and ordered 4 pizzas at the counter. Service was quick, and the pizzas were done in about 25 minutes. We had plenty of seating, and the staff quickly set up 4 stands for the pizzas to rest on so it wouldn’t take up table space. The quality of the pies themselves was absolutely top notch. One of the best pie crusts I’ve ever had. Excellent chew, crispy exterior with tasteful char, and consistent thickness throughout. We got three red sauce pies and the three cheese which had their white sauce. The sauces tasted very clean, and were well spread. The cheese and toppings tasted very high quality, and the portions were respectable. This place was so good that after finishing the meal, I was already thinking of what I wanted to have next. I look forward to coming back.

I am obsessed with mushrooms I love them on everything & every time I order pizza or a calzone places are always so stingy with their mushrooms but not this place they load everything up the way you want it I’ve never been disappointed when ordering from here. 10/10 my favorite place to go. Highly recommend

We finished up with an event at the Carthage school I need a quick place to eat before heading back home. There isn’t a whole lot around in this exact area so we decided to hit Stefanos for some pizza. My first impression was I was slightly worried that it was a Friday night at a pizza joint and I was the only person walking into the place. There is seating inside if you would like to eat with your party there. We ordered and our pizza came exceptionally fast even though they were doing takeout orders. Overall I think this is a perfect three out of five star type of place. Pizza wasn’t bad but it wasn’t really that great either. I would describe as bland tasting. But nothing that I couldn’t eat. It could use a cleaning but beyond that it as a “ok” experience. Staff was friendly.
